Delivery
For shipping within New Zealand we use PBT couriers to send you your order. We’ve found that PBT are also brilliant at delivering to the South Island.

Your privacy is important to us and we will not do anything to violate your trust. We treat customer information as strictly confidential and so it is never revealed to third parties. We will never reveal personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number to third parties.
Money Back Guarantee
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund as long as:
You return the product within 28 days of purchase
- You provide proof of purchase
- The item is unused and in it’s original packaging
Refunds
We can only issue a refund by request when the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Rack-It-Up Ltd. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the retailer has the right to repair, replace or refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Faulty Products
Where a product is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will at our discretion, either:
- repair the product; or
- replace the product; or
- give you a full refund.
Returning Items
We do not pay for shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse.
How to make a Warranty Claim
If you wish to return your product or require a replacement then the FASTEST way is to contact us. Once your request is lodged we will check our records and contact you as soon as possible.
Payment and Pricing
We use BNZ and Paystation to accept Visa or Mastercard payments. Paystation is one of the most used payment gateways in New Zealand so you can be sure your details are kept safe and secure. All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Rack It Up Ltd is a New Zealand owned business and the name Rack It Up will appear on your cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.
Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider and Paymark Partner, using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit Card details will be sent directly to the acquiring institution for processing. No card data is available to or used by the merchant. You will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction.

It’s easy to view your order. When you placed your order you will have received a confirmation email which gives a link to your order. Alternatively you can simply login to your account if you created one and see your order here.
